About weblist

weblist is an Australian web directory operated by Deliberate Pty Ltd (ABN 95 665 617 336), trading as weblist. By using this site you agree to these terms in full.

Submissions

By submitting a link, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it complies with these terms. Only Australian websites (.au domains) are accepted unless approved by an administrator.

Prohibited content

You may not submit links to content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or spam. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion without notice.

Paid queue-jump listings

For a one-time fee, you may purchase a priority queue slot that publishes your listing ahead of free submissions. The fee and currency are displayed at the time of checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Delivery of paid listings

Paid listings are a digital service delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, your listing will be scheduled for publication at the next available paid slot. Publication typically occurs within one business day. No physical goods are dispatched.

Refunds and cancellations

Because paid listings are a digital service that begins processing immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once payment is confirmed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If your listing is rejected after payment (e.g. it violates our prohibited content policy), a full refund will be issued. To request a refund or raise a concern, contact us at hello@weblist.com.au.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. weblist does not store or handle your card details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Listing guidelines

All listings on weblist must meet the following criteria. If you attempt to submit a listing that goes against these terms, we may take further action against you.

We publish listings where:

• The website is owned or operated by an Australian business or individual
• The website primarily targets an Australian audience or provides Australian content
• The listing title accurately reflects the name of the website or business
• The description is accurate, written in plain English, and free of keyword stuffing
• The website is live and functional at the time of submission

We do NOT publish listings that are:

• Non-Australian websites without prior administrator approval
• Poor quality, parked, under construction, or placeholder websites
• Spam, affiliate link farms, or sites existing solely to generate ad revenue
• Illegal content or websites that facilitate illegal activity
• Pornography or adult content
• Online gambling or sports betting services
• Cannabis, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
• Software codes, licence keys, or crack sites
• Websites making unsubstantiated health claims or selling unapproved therapeutics
• Malware, phishing, or otherwise deceptive or harmful websites

weblist is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or safety of listed links. Always exercise caution when visiting external sites.
